UAE Resident Visa When Starting a Company:
- The service fee for incorporating a company in IFZA* and obtaining an Emirates ID – 15 000 to 18 000 USD
- Company incorporation time – 2 to 3 weeks
- Residence visa validity period – 2 years

- Copy of applicant's passport
- 35x45 mm photo
- Completed application form

The Golden Visa*. Conditions for obtaining a residence visa through real estate investment:
- Investment amount – starting at 750 000 AED and 2 000 000 AED
- Visa validity – 2 to 10 years, depending on the investment amount
- Property requirements either primary or secondary residential property
Required documents:
- Title deeds or Oqood
- Copy of applicant's passport
- 35x45 mm photo
Family members (spouse, minor children) can also apply for the Golden visa. Commercial real estate is considered as property and qualifies for a 10-year the Golden visa. We can assist with finding real estate if requested.
- Service fee – 22 000 to 25 000 AED
- Acquiring time – 5 to 10 business days
*The Golden visa is available to those earning 30 000 AED or more or recognized talents
Acquiring an Emirates ID through Employment
Conditions: quota approval and employment contract preparation

- Establishment Card – 2 000 AED
